Projects

HumanCore Advisor

Problem. Managers needed personalized coaching at a scale no human coach roster could cover.

Ownership. Technical Product Lead and Senior Frontend Engineer, 2023–Sep 2026. Owned the 0→1 Next.js App Router core, real-time shared context, and structured coaching UI. Owned end-to-end feature delivery across Next.js UI, AdonisJS APIs and MongoDB/Redis persistence when product requirements crossed the frontend boundary.

Architecture. Next.js and React in the browser. AdonisJS API, MongoDB and Redis when the feature left the client. Model routing by task complexity, latency and cost: lower-cost models for routine workloads, higher-capability models for complex flows. OpenAI and Anthropic.

Impact. Product and UI designed from scratch at humancore.ai. Time to approval, from PR open to approval, was about 60% shorter than the fully manual queue, by the team's comparison of the two workflows. A database change broke the test suite; it was running again in about 30 minutes. Weeks is the estimated manual effort.

AI Pull Request Reviewer

Problem. Human review started from a raw diff, with no first pass on obvious defects.

Ownership. GitHub Action that extracts the diff, builds review context, calls the model and posts review comments before human review. A human still owns the merge.

Architecture. PR opened, GitHub Action, diff plus file context, OpenAI or Anthropic, structured comments on the PR, then human review.

Impact. The first pass is already on the change before human review, and it runs in CI.

WhatsApp Sales Agent

Problem. Buyers were on WhatsApp and the store lived in Shopify. A naive bot invents prices and stock.

Ownership. Independent product work, 2025–2026. Agent wired to Shopify as the source of truth: live catalog, price and inventory, draft orders, OpenAI/DeepSeek failover, and human handoff.

Architecture. WhatsApp message, tools against Shopify, draft order, provider failover, human escalation. The model is not the catalog.

Impact. The agent reads the store, opens a real draft, and hands off to a human. It does not invent a price.

Laika Replatforming

Problem. A legacy PHP storefront with no i18n blocked Mexico and Chile.

Ownership. Senior Frontend Developer and Tech Lead, 2022–2023. Technical lead for architecture and delivery inside a 16-person cross-functional squad. Next.js, React, TypeScript and GraphQL storefront: catalog, checkout, membership and loyalty.

Architecture. Strangler path from the PHP monolith to a Next.js storefront with GraphQL and locale-aware SSR for CO, MX and CL.

Impact. Chile and Mexico launched on the new platform. Launch analytics showed a 40% engagement lift versus the previous Chile storefront.

Ikatech Solutions

V2 of logistics, payments and documents in React, Vue and TypeScript. After launch, support-tracked user errors on those flows dropped 80% versus V1.

Developapp

Frontend for clients such as Terpel, Kredit, Cientech and the Atlántico Department Assembly, in Vue, React and Laravel. Apps with maps, orders, carts and checkout.
